THE DETAILS:
This event is fully ticketed and 21+ event – unlike in past years. A ticket is required to enter the taproom.
Guests can also purchase tickets at the door. But, participating pups MUST be pre-registered. You cannot register your dog at the door.
If dogs are not: 1) pre-registered to participate and 2) are not in costume – they will not be allowed in the building during the event. Sorry, but we have to keep the number of guests and dogs capped!
Participating pups must be on site by 8 pm to be eligible for judging
All dogs must be kept on leash and out of service corridors
PRE REG: $15 per person, $5 per dog. AT DOOR: $20 per person, dogs are not permitted to register at the door. As noted above, only pre-registered dogs participating in the costume contest will be allowed in the brewery during the event. No exceptions. No refunds will be permitted for the event.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
6 :30 pm – guests and pups arrive. Check-in is required at the door. Plan accordingly.
6:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Guests can mix, mingle, enjoy drinks, snap some photos with pups, or interact with vendors on site including Quincy Animal Shelter, VEG – Veterinary Emergency Group, 2 Dog Treats, The Half Cookie – bringing treats for pups and humans alike!
8:15 pm – “Pup Pageant Parade” for the judges! If it is nice out, the pups will be paraded down the boardwalk out front, then back inside the brewery, passing by the judges on their way. If the weather doesn’t permit, the parade will be held inside the taproom
9:15 pm – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners annouced! Must be present to win/collect prize
