“The Half Cookie is a woman owned, licensed cookie company, founded in 2021 operating out of Foundation Kitchen in Charlestown, MA.

We are on a mission to change the cookie game. We push the boundaries of what people consider to be a cookie. Flavors range from traditional classics to over the top flavors that are stuffed with pies, cakes, and cookies inside cookies! Each batch is made in small quantities with the finest ingredients. We believe if you’re going to have a cookie, it should be THE cookie.
