ABOUT
Cornhole tournament hosted by Black’s Creek BBQ and Break Rock Brewing, a portion of the funds will benefit Quincy Youth Football & Cheer. Enjoy BBQ, brews, seltzer, cider, and wine on site during the tournament. Prizes for top teams, music, and family fun—including a bounce house, face painting, yard games, 50/50 raffle, music, all that Pageant Field has to offer, and more! Spectators and families are welcome to attend even if they are not playing in the tournament. $50 per individual or $100 per team. REGISTER NOW!
Can’t participate or attend, but want to help? Sponsor a yard sign for the event, with 100% of this sponsorship going to Quincy Youth Football & Cheer! The sign will feature the name of your business and be placed along the tournament field of play. SPONSOR A YARD SIGN!
EVENT TIMELINE
12 PM – 1:00 PM: Event opens. Food and beverage service begins. Player registration and practice.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Tournament play begins and bags fly! The pros from Boston Baggo will be on site to run tournament play.
3:15 PM: Winners announced and prizes awarded
4 PM: Event Concludes
PRIZES
1st Place Team Prize:
-Free room rental at Break Rock Brewing for twenty (20) people plus catering from Black’s Creek BBQ. $1,000 value!
-Swag/Prize Pack full of merch and apparel for each player
-A case of Break Rock Beer for each player
2nd Place Team Prize:
-$50 gift certificate to Break Rock Brewing and a $50 gift certificate to Black’s Creek BBQ for each player
-A four-pack of Break Rock beer and a koozie for each player
3rd Place Team Prize:
-A four-pack of Break Rock beer and a koozie for each player
THE DETAILS & FAQ
-No outside food or drink allowed at the event
-Alcohol must be enjoyed within the event confines
-Registration fees will be collected on the day of the event
-Sign sponsorships can be paid before the event or on the day of. If paying via check, please make it payable to “Quincy Youth Football & Cheer”
-There is no rain date for the event. If the event is cancelled, sign sponsorships and registrations will be refunded
-What food will be available to purchase? Hot Dogs, Mac & Cheese, Smoked Turkey Legs, “Creek Bowls”, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Pulled Chicken Sandwiches, Ribs – all from Black’s Creek!
–What beverages will be available to purchase? Beer, Wine, Hard Seltzer, Hard Cider, and several N/A options, including water, juice boxes, and soda.
–Where can I park? The Pageant Field parking lot or along Merrymount Parkway offers free parking options for attendees
–Is this for serious cornhole players only? No! While we are offering some great prizes, and some teams may excel, this is meant to be a fun tournament to raise money for kids in athletics!
–Can I bring my dog? Sure – as long as you adhere to the rules of The City of Quincy and Pageant Field
