Bump ‘n Brine is more than a mobile raw bar — it’s the hands-on passion project of a seasoned oyster farmer who’s spent over a decade working the tides and perfecting the craft.

We don’t just serve oysters—we grow them. Our oysters are hand-harvested from our own farms in Plymouth and Duxbury, MA. Everything else on the raw bar—clams, shrimp, lobster, tuna—is sourced from trusted local fishermen and farmers.
