Break Rock Brewing’s 4th Anniversary Week!

Thank you for four amazing years on the boardwalk, allowing us to do what we love most — brewing great beer and bringing this community together in our taproom. Nothing makes us happier than seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and watching friendships form over a pint.

We have quite the week planned ahead as we celebrate our 4th Anniversary at Break Rock Brewing. Expect special beer releases, live music, festive events, and plenty of surprises along the way. It’s our way of raising a glass to the people who have made the past four years so meaningful — our loyal regulars, our neighbors, and everyone who’s walked through our doors.

Anniversary Special Release:

• Four Bells 4.44% ABV | Czech-Style Pilsner | Ring it in. To celebrate four incredible years on the waterfront in Quincy, we’re raising a glass to the rhythm of the sea. Four Bells is our anniversary lager, named for the shipboard tradition of marking time with the ringing of bells — and brewed at a sessionable 4.44% ABV as a nod to year four. This crisp Czech-style lager pours a brilliant golden hue with a soft, pillowy head. Expect delicate floral hop notes, crackery malt character, and a clean, refreshing finish that invites another sip. Balanced, bright, and endlessly drinkable — it’s brewed for long afternoons, good company, and celebrations that stretch well past last call. For the first time, enjoy Four Bells two ways on draft: as a traditional pour or as a slow pour through our newly installed Czech Lukr faucet, delivering a velvety, foam-forward experience true to old-world lager tradition. Slows pours will only be available on Thursday and Friday so get in and grab one! And because anniversaries deserve something special, Four Bells also marks our first-ever 12 oz six-pack release — available to-go exclusively in the taproom. Four years. Four bells. Anniversary Special Release:

• Four Bells Cask Tapping – Four Bells, our crisp Czech-style pilsner, gets a bright cask-conditioned twist. This special release features a light dry hopping of Centennial hops layered with the fresh fruit and zest of real lemon added to the cask. The result is a beautifully balanced pour—soft, smooth, and refreshing—with delicate citrus notes and a subtle floral hop lift over its classic golden malt backbone. A fresh, zesty variation of Four Bells, available while it lasts in 16oz pint pours.
• Birthday Cake Kolsch – back by popular demand and garnished with an optional whipped frosting and sprinkle rim. We only have one log of this brew so if you want it, find yourself into the taproom on Friday!
